SECTION 2 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are processed, inspected, and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. We ship our packages via UPS and delivery typically takes between 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been dispatched from our Austin, TX studio.

SECTION 3 - 14-DAY FIT & DRAPE GUARANTEE

We stand behind our couture pieces with a 14-day fit and drape guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit or silhouette of your purchase, please contact our styling concierge desk at 1-800-762-7529 or email us at support@rosethornefashionatelier.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns must be shipped to our designated facility at: 480 Athletic Way, Austin, TX 78701. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.
